Day 37 - Nice - 28th June 2024

Packed up the small tent.

Shower and normal coffee.

Then drove into Nice. Parking was crazy expensive. I paid over £20 for 2 hours on the front. Going on the basis of the other prices we paid for parking I think the app ripped me off.

Got the eBike out and rode all the way to the airport on the cycle path and back, and to the port and back and a bit of the town.

Then to an interMarche and did some shopping for the weekend.

Quick sandwich from the interMarche and then onto the villa. It's lovely with a pool and stunning views!

Washed clothes, moved peoples clothes to their respective bedrooms and got the snacks and drinks in the right spots!

Waited for their plane to leave. It was late leaving as the one arriving was late and their was a knock on issue.

Delayed 1 hour! Was actually more like 2.

Eventually "the Beatles" arrived about 1.30 am. 

They came through relatively quickly and I had parked next to their rental car (opened via an App).

Took about 20 minutes to get to the villa. Some people dipped in the pool and had a few drinks and were in bed @ 3.00 am. 

Catherine and I were in bed closer to 4.00 am.
